Booking Guidelines:

• Advance Booking: You can book a slot up to 24 hours before your desired racing date. This helps us manage track availability and ensure a smooth experience for all racers.
• Payment Structure: To secure your booking, you are required to pay a 100% advance of your selected package. This payment confirms your slot. 

Racer Conduct:

• Designated Racing Areas: For safety and fairness, all racers must operate their vehicles from specific, marked areas. This ensures clear sightlines and equal racing conditions for everyone.
• Shared Spaces: Our racing areas are designed to accommodate multiple racers. We encourage a spirit of camaraderie and ask that you make room for fellow enthusiasts.
• Respect and Courtesy: Treat all racers, regardless of age or skill level, with respect. A positive atmosphere enhances everyone’s experience.
• Language and Behaviour: Use appropriate language and avoid confrontational behaviour. Remember, we’re here to enjoy RC racing together.
• Positive Attitude: Leave any negative attitudes at home. Approach the races with enthusiasm and sportsmanship.
• Crash Reporting: If your car crashes or gets stuck, call it out clearly. This helps other racers avoid additional collisions and keeps the track safe for everyone.
• Substance-Free Environment: To maintain safety and fairness, we prohibit alcohol, drugs, and smoking (including vaping) near the track area.

Racing Rules:

• Non-Contact Sport: RC racing is designed to be non-contact. If you accidentally cause a crash, pause and allow the affected car to pass before resuming.
• Racer’s Stand Etiquette: Stand upright on the racer’s stand to ensure clear visibility for all. Avoid leaning on rails or obstructing others’ views.
• No Reverse Driving: During races, reverse driving is not allowed. This rule maintains the flow and safety of the race.
• Marshal Instructions: Pay attention to and follow all instructions from track marshals. They’re there to ensure fair and safe racing for everyone.

General Information:

• Punctuality: We recommend arriving 20 minutes before your scheduled time. This allows for a smooth check-in process and adequate preparation time.
• Late Arrival Policy: Unfortunately, we can’t extend or alter booking times for late arrivals. Arriving on time ensures you get the full racing experience.
• Photography and Video: We occasionally conduct photo and video shoots for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform our staff upon arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: We understand plans can change. Cancellations are permitted up to 72 hours before your booking, with a cancellation fee of ₹ 100. For cancellations less than 72 hours of the booking, we cannot offer refunds due to preparation costs.
